BEGINNER - No VR Headset
If you are joining us on a mobile device, a nice pair of headphones with a microphone helps make the experience easier to enjoy.
If you have a PC or Laptop, we recommend you download the app via the steam store and have a nice microphone connected to your computer. Having a mouse connected to your computer will make navigation easier than a trackpad.

Remember: in VR everyone sees you as only one avatar, so multiple people sharing a microphone can be confusing for people socializing in virtual spaces.

STEP 2: Download VRChat on your mobile device or PC
STEP 3: Join our VRCHAT GROUP via the link or in the Companion App (search for 'PeppercastXR') for access to events and our official calendar!
STEP 4: Join our Discord for event announcements and to ask VR related questions from our community! Instructions for how to join our events will be posted in our Event Announcements channel
STEP 5: Log in on your device and join the party!
You will be greeted by a short tutorial if it is your first time logging in on any device.
VRChat+ is required to age-verify and prove you are 18+ on the platform. Please use this feature if you wish to join an event that is listed as 18+
INTERMEDIATE - VR Standalone
If you want to experience VR with a headset - great! We highly recommend it! Find the VRCHAT app in your respective headset's app store, download and log in!
If you are joining with a Quest, Pico, or Vive standalone headset, please note that you will be limited in the level of detail you can see and, in some cases, world's may not be available for you to join due to performance limitations.
ADVANCED - PCVR
Adding trackers for full-body motion capture and connecting a headset to a PC to unlock all world's and complex avatars has a variety of solutions. If you've tried VR and loved it (like we have) then we highly recommend joining our server and using our helpful community to ask questions and get recommendations on how to upgrade your VR setup and level of immersion!
